Support Engineer – Shipbroking – £30,000 – £40,000 – Office Based – London
Overview:
A global broking organisation (supporting over 250 users in 14 countries) are currently looking for an experience Support Engineer. You will be joining its progressive IT team; working with experienced technical professionals, this role will involve hands on technical exposure and interacting with users across the service desk function and support functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ownership, monitoring, tracking, and communication about incidents assign to the relevant IT Support Team
- Resolving IT support incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timeframes
- Recording, ownership, monitoring, tracking, and communication about incidents
- Investigating and diagnosing incidents escalated from the Service Desk/IT Support
- Escalating incidents to IT Management/External Vendors
- Providing desktop hardware and software support
- Updating Service Desk systems in accordance with internal procedures
Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience working as a Support Engineer
- Good experience working with Office365 & Azure AD
- Experience working with Intune
