Senior Python – Go Developer – (Russian Speaking) – Trading – Tbilisi, Georgia – €80,000 – €90,000 + Bonus with Hybrid Working
Overview:
We’re working with a global trading platform on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Backend Developer skilled in Go and Python. This is a chance to join a growing team working on high-traffic, scalable systems used by millions daily. You’ll play a key role in backend development, performance optimisation, and architecture using a modern cloud-native tech stack. Russian language skills are required.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go and Python
- Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews
- Optimise performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with other technical teams
Tech Stack:
- Languages: Go, Python
- Other Tech: Docker, AWS, Linux, GitLab, Jenkins
- Monitoring: Zabbix
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
- Solid experience with network protocols (HTTP, TCP)
- Proficient with REST APIs, Git, and Linux
- 3+ years of commercial development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Go and/or Python
- Experience in finance or trading environments (desirable)
Package:
- €80,000 – €90,000 + Bonus
- This is a hybrid role, 3X per week in the office based in Tbilisi, Georgia
