As Frontend Developer Team Lead, you’ll guide a team of developers in building high-performance, user-centric web applications. You’ll drive technical decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a frontend team, managing task planning, load balancing, and solving complex engineering challenges.
- Architect and build key components of a next-generation trading terminal using cutting-edge technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, improve standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Support team growth via 1:1s, mentoring, and career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven experience managing a team (3+ developers) and delivering complex projects.
- Deep understanding of browser mechanics, performance optimization, and application architecture.
- Solid grasp of testing principles – unit, integration, and e2e testing.
- Knowledge of financial systems or trading platforms.
