Workday Support Analyst / Developer
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen within a global leading investment bank (in excess of 150,000 employees over 50 countries worldwide) in the heart of the City for a Workday Support Analyst / Developer to support Workday integrations to downstream systems, with both internal and external partners.
Our client uses Workday within their Human Resources department to provide a full suite of staff management functionality. As such, Workday is considered to be the golden source for all people-related data. This role exists within the Application Development team to support Workday integrations to downstream systems, with both internal and external partners.
Role & Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the day-to-day running of all scheduled Workday integrations
·Act as the primary contact for any workday integration related issues
·Work with all stakeholders to resolve problems in a timely manner and within SLA’s
·Implement and deploy changes to existing Workday integrations as necessary
·Coordinate internal and external partners in the production of new integrations
·Assist in the support of other applications supported by the team
Essential Skills & Experience:
·Strong commercial experience supporting Workday Integrations
·Exposure to Workday integration techniques including Core connectors, RaaS, Payroll connector, reports and custom studio developments
·Experience of working in a multi-disciplined, structured software development team
Desirable:
·Experience of working within a financial / banking environment
