Service Delivery Manager (Network/Telephony)

Role overview:
A highly reputable financial services corporation is currently hiring a Service Delivery Manager who has strong capabilities in Network (cisco) and Telephony (voip) technologies. Additionally, the chosen SDM must have experience leading a team of Network Support Analysts and be accountable for delivering monitoring, event management, project and BAU support across sites and branch offices. This a permanent opportunity between £50,000 to £75,000 & bonus (15%) & excellent benefits package with remote working.

The chosen SDM will liaise between Infrastructures and be responsible for supporting the business and performing the delivery of maintenance to the Network infrastructure across the estate ensuring changes to are planned and executed in order to meet the agreed dates for maintenance, service provision and restoration.

Role responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the day to day operation of Support Analysts, LAN, WAN and voice technologies, providing guidance and supervision
• Responsible for the maintenance of all network related hardware and software, this includes upgrades, both from a technical & user perspective (working with field support)
• Maintain and monitor demand and respond in a timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages
• Manage maintenance routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers of service providers
• Meet SLA on service provisions and restoration
• Capacity manage assets across estate utilising monitoring platform
• Act as escalation contact for service issues, out of hours
• As a technical stakeholder in a variety of related service providers, including voice and communication platforms, the role will involve collaborating with users, vendors and other technical staff members on priority incidents delivering service changing enhancements and improvements.

Core requirements:
• 5 years previous experience in managing, building and developing a team Network Analysts (must have)
• 5 years’ experience working with ISPs and telecoms organisations
• 5 years previous experience of supplier management (must have)
• 5 years previous experience in voice technologies ( ideally Voip, but similar would suffice)
• Advanced knowledge of data centre connectivity (must have)
• Strong capabilities in LAN/WAN
• Strong capabilities in Cisco, Netscaler/ADC, F5, Soft Token (various), Cisco HW, Cisco Call Manager & Contact Centre
• CCNP, CCNA, ITIL, ISO27001 (nice to haves)
