£30K Circa + Package

Overview:
We have an excellent Service Desk Manager opportunity to join a successful technology company based in Dartford. The position will be 70% hands on a 30% managerial.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in all areas of technology and a good understanding of I.T. essentials (DNS, DHCP, Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office, etc.)

Essential Skills & Experience:
·They will have a proven desktop support background with experience of multiple operating systems within an ITIL based environment. Approximately 70% hands on 30% management
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Motivated and personable with a strong work ethic
·Be able to provide training to new users
·Respond to telephone, email issues and log in ITSM platform
·Office 365 (More than just create mailbox, assign license)
·Active Directory (more than UAC)
·Group Policies
·Networking
·DNS/DHCP
·Windows 10 & 8.1
·Server technologies
