Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications using PHP.
- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and maintain web applications using CakePHP framework.
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimise application performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development processes and practices.
- Write clean, well-structured and well-documented code to ensure the software remains readable.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of CakePHP framework or equivalent – Laravel etc.
- Proficiency in MySQL or other similar databases.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in PHP development.
