Flexible and Remote Working Options – 6 months rolling contract – £550 – £650 – OUTSIDE

Our prestigious client is currently looking for a proven Programme Manager to working alongside the Chief People Officer to ensure cultural change across the business as the embark on a new era within the organisation. The chosen Programme Manager will report into HR and concentrate their efforts devising strategies to ensure change within the peoples and culture function of the business.

We are looking for a Programme Manager to translate strategic goals and business outcomes into delivery-oriented objectives; you will design, implement, and lead the successful delivery of a HR transformation programme of work that consists of multiple work streams, as well as design and establish the team structures required to deliver to the desired target state with one direct report.

Key responsibilities:
• Business Vision to Execution: elicit, understand, and communicate the HR business vision as well as break the vision into executable goals to transform the HR culture.
• Systems Thinking: positively impacts complex systems or domains by understanding the whole picture and the interdependencies of its component parts (Oracle Cloud ACS)
• Strategic Thinking: imagines the future by thinking holistically about the context (people, culture models, employee lifecycle, HR related issues, etc.). Able to perceive and assess changes in the situation in order to adapt future vision and take advantage of new opportunities.

Essential skills and experience
• Have demonstrable experience of designing HR solutions within an enterprise organisation.
• Have experience of HR functions and processes
• Have experience of Finance functions and processes
• Have proven experience implementing rewards and benefits within a complex / diverse organisation.
• Understand the employee life cycle.
• Have strong senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Have experience of leading successful programmes in excess of £10million
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills: communicating in a straightforward and approachable way
• Have experience in change programmes
