Product Manager, Product Owner

A leading-edge software company whose products deliver a seamless, flexible and functionally-rich user-experience are looking for an experienced Product Manger to join the team.
You will work with the client services team, UX designers, agile project managers, solution architects, developers and testers to further design and evolve the solution, responding to clients, internal ambitions and market maturation.
You thrive on big problems and are excited at the prospect of working in a key role within a fast-moving technology environment. Highly technical, you have a proven record of success in delivering high quality, enterprise-level software on time that customers love. You enjoy working in a team environment and have a genuine enthusiasm for launching innovative technology services. Whilst not a designer, you have an interest and experience with UX.
·Maintain and drive the product roadmap ensuring that the roadmap is up-to-date and communicated to the wider business
·Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritising initiatives, features and stories to ensure they provide the most value
·Define user personas for within Clients and Suppliers
·Write market requirements documents
·Write product requirements and use scenarios, ensuring comprehensive understanding of both the required technology and market needs
·Be the customer-first voice of the market within the development and design teams.
·Act as Product Owner within the agile team
·Run design-sprints with UX designers working on interaction design for POCs and prototypes
·Mockups, wireframes and input into design prototypes
·Able to work with management in order to prioritise the importance of different initiatives and CM requests brought forward by the different stakeholders around the business.
·Drive, by liaising with BAs and development team discovery and feasibility tasks for product opportunities.
·Own final sign-off of UAT by working with the QA team
·Strong stakeholder management – you must be able to build good relationships with business and technical client users of varying levels of seniority
·Working across cross functional team
●5 years plus experience as a technical product manager or similar role
●Experience in all stages of Product Development from inception, requirements, design, development, testing and go-to-market
●Experience in building sophisticated technical solutions within an agile software development environment
●Have a strong technical knowledge of software development, multi-platform, APIs and user experience design
●Experience of working with a cross-section of business and technical teams
