Oracle HCM Architect – £710 Per Day – Outside IR35 – 12 Month Contract – Fully Remote
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Architect for a 12-month initial contract with a leading public sector organization. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Oracle HCM architecture and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and enhancing HCM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM solutions to meet organizational requirements and follow best practices.
- System Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, including system integration and data migration strategies.
- Configuration & Customization: Advise on configuration, customization, and optimization of key Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems such as ERP and third-party applications.
- Performance Optimization: Perform tuning and optimization to maintain high system performance, ensuring smooth operation.
- Testing & Validation: Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive system documentation and provide training to users and support staff for smooth system adoption and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management modules.
- Architecture & Design: Strong expertise in HCM architecture, system integration, and data migration, ensuring high system performance and scalability.
- Project Management: Experience leading HCM projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver efficient solutions.
- Public Sector Experience (Desirable): Previous experience implementing Oracle HCM solutions in the public sector or government is a plus.
