.NET / Quant Developer – Contract – Outside IR35 – Investment Banking – £600 – £650 Per Day – Fully Remote
Overview:
Our client, a tier one investment bank are seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer with Quant / Python skills to join their impressive Front Office Trading team. This contract is initially 12 months and is fully remote.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop quantitative models, data-rich applications using latest tools and best practices delivering best possible customer experience.
• Enhance our digital strategy portfolio in support of the front office to increase market transparency and commercial drivers
• Ensure the knowledge underpinning any new application is documented, managed and maintained
• Work with the support team to identify, plan and execute service improvements to those systems that are developed
• Understand the business processes and flows to enable the development of solutions
• Work with project and support teams to manage service introduction and deployment
Tech Stack Required:
• .NET Core
• UI Skills – either Angular or React
• Quant programming skills
• Azure cloud experience
Desirable skills:
• Python programming skills
• Working knowledge of common machine learning algorithms
• Experience working within a physical commodity trading environment
Rates / Duration:
•£600 – £650 Per Day (Outside IR35)
