A leading and highly reputable organisation is currently hiring an IT Engineer who has a systematic, analytical and creative approach to problem solving within a busy service desk environment.
This position will be a 3 month rolling contract in order to provide high quality highly technical support and advice to a diverse range of businesses prior to and during the implementation of new information and communications technology solutions, dealing tactfully with key stakeholders where requirements are not in alignment with agreed strategic objectives to ensure a positive outcome.
To be considered for this contract you must have strong knowledge of Skype for Business, as part of my clients go live roll out;
- Adding contacts
- Making and receiving calls
- Setting up Skype meetings
Technical Skills Required:
- Skype for Business (Must Have)
- Microsoft Desktop and Office Systems
- Microsoft Server and Virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Active Directory
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Incident and Problem Management
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Capacity management
- Release Management
Rate is inside IR 35 – £125 – £150 – per day on a 3 month rolling contract / 35 hour week 9am 5pm.
