IT Project Manager – City of London

Company:
A leading organisation that operates within a number of countries worldwide is currently hiring an IT Project Manager to manage the design, development and delivery of our IM&T project which will be to develop and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software and or CRM.

The chosen Project Manager will be employed on a permanent basis located in Central London with the responsibility for delivery of projects as delegated by the Head of Portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:
• Accept responsibility for delivery of projects as delegated by the Head of Portfolio.
• Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with all relevant RSSB policies, processes and procedures, including the Common Projects Framework, (e.g. IM&T)
• Establish project teams and influence and motivate members of the team
• Ensure that project requirements are clearly defined, agreed and communicated.
• Prepare and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project Online for project activities
• Develop, implement and update resource allocation plans for projects, taking account of availability and scheduling.
• Prepare, submit and present project documentation as required for review and approval at stage gates, including papers for budget authorisation.

Technical Requirements:
• APM Project Management Qualification or PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile Practitioner
• Experience of managing projects to develop and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software and or CRM.
• Experience of managing the successful delivery and integration of IM&T development projects.
• Experience of effective stakeholder and supplier management in an IM&T environment
• Experience of developing and implementing Test Plans
• Strong presentation, facilitation and chairing skills for stakeholder meetings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
