IT Director ( Digital – Infrastructure – Data)
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a unique UK provider of Healthcare services.
The role:
·To further develop and manage the Information Technology and Business Intelligence function
·within the business, aiming to exceed industry standards.
·To keep abreast of latest innovations and developments to continually update the technology
driving business services – including software, hardware and business analytics.
·To keep abreast and ensure compliance with current data, systems security and protection in line
with best practice and aligned with industry standards.
·To ensure that data, software, hardware, networks, people and processes are efficiently aligned to
support staff across the various sites in the UK.
Responsibilities:
·Take ownership and accountability of recruitment, appraisals and other staff matters for the IT and Business Intelligence departments in conjunction with the HR Department.
·Use your technical expertise and industry knowledge to support all colleagues, sites,
contracts and work cross functionally with other Executives to understand their IT and Business Intelligence requirements and advise on how technology can deliver business benefit and translate into working solutions
·Ensure all business critical systems, services, tools and resources are kept current and up to date to maximise efficiency and support to the operation of the business.
·Manage all local aspects of the SAP ERP system, including data configuration, timeous reports and the co-ordination and delivery of change requests with the group ERP team
·Provide programme governance and oversee the delivery of all technology projects using a
·recognised, best practise approach to project management.
·To deploy business analysis and data modelling techniques to evaluate, improve and test business process improvements

Essential requirements:
·Proven experience in Information Technology and Data Management environments at a senior strategic level
·Proven Technical Expertise and Industry Knowledge
·Experience of using reporting packages and databases (SQL, Crystal)
·Experience in the delivery of technology programmes using recognised project
·management techniques
·Experience of managing a diverse team and achieving a collaborative working
·environment

Desirable:
·Successful delivery of a cloud infrastructure transformation programme
·Experience within Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry
Package:
·Basic salary: £90k
·£6k car allowance
·£5k bonus
