Infrastructure Support Specialist / Windows 11 – £550 Per Day (Inside IR35) – London / Hybrid
Overview:
A global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to support a major Windows 11 deployment project. This is a hands-on contract position requiring strong technical expertise across Microsoft cloud, endpoint, and identity technologies.
The successful individual will collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and wider business teams to ensure a smooth rollout of Windows 11 and associated systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and an excellent service-oriented approach.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support and drive the deployment of Windows 11 across the organisation.
- Deliver proactive project support and task management across IT infrastructure services.
- Administer and maintain core endpoint and infrastructure systems.
- Prioritise and resolve project-related workload within agreed timeframes.
- Identify and recommend service improvements across infrastructure services
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation, processes, and configuration records.
- Work collaboratively with IT colleagues and business stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Windows 11 migration and operational support
- Autopilot (Hybrid Joined)
- Intune
- Defender for Endpoint
- BitLocker
- SCCM
- Active Directory / Azure Entra ID
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Contract Offer:
- Contract
- Hybrid / London: 3X Per week on site
- Rate: £550 per day
- IR35 status: Inside IR35
- Start date: 10th November 2025
- End date: 31st January 2026 (may be extended)
