Our client offer training and development will be ongoing giving you the opportunity to progress and learn within the company. Future potential to travel or relocate with 5 offices spanning around the world.

Overview:
• Support desktop users in trading floor environments remotely.
• Responding to tickets on the phone and via email.
• Ensuring notes are up to date in the ticketing system.
• Supporting the training and development of apprentices.
• Respond to user requests in line with SLAs over the phone and email.
• Perform daily checks of client systems.
• Recording and updating information in the ticketing system.
• Provide on-call cover as required on the schedule.
• Assist with projects and on-boarding.

Essential Skills & Experience:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Windows 7, 10
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Office 365
• Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
• Microsoft Servers 2008, 2012, 2016

Desirable:
• VMware
• vSphere
• Switch
• Router
• LAN/VLAN
• Firewall
• SAN/NAS

Package:
•£18-23k basic salary
• Bonus & excellent benefits package
