Head of Technical Services – SaaS – £750 PD Inside IR35 – 6 Month Contract

Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global organisation who provide a range of SaaS based digital and data driven services within the retail sector. We are looking for a Head of Technical Services who is accountable for the efficient and effective delivery of a standardised set of services. This is a high profile role within the retail sector engaging at a senior level with the industry’s biggest brands.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of service support to customers maintaining a level of excellence against SLA targets
  • Design, implement and improve services to support the business unit upon changes and reviews
  • Create, enhance, and improve on service offerings to enable the delivery of M2M projects for customers
  • Manage the portfolio of implementation projects for customers with relevant structure, project tracking and management reporting measures
  • Manage the lifecycle of projects from the strategy through to the review of delivery to enhance processes
  • Create and maintain the capabilities to deliver client on-boarding for non-M2M clients

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering ITSM in a Service Provider background within B2B & B2C
  • 10+ years’ experience in the retail or FMCG industry to support being an industry consultant
  • 5+ years of leading a delivery team inclusive of operational support and integrations
  • 5+ years’ experience in agile delivery and project management of SaaS platforms with external clients
  • 5+ years of leading Operational Support teams for SaaS platforms within 2nd / 3rd line levels
  • Experience in creating and negotiating SLAs with 3rd party services to deliver operational support
  • Experience in delivering process improvements and influencing change at board level
  • Experience in building teams and coaching of internal talent to support succession planning

Contract Details:

  • £750 Day Rate – Inside IR35
  • 6 Months
  • London, City – 3 days from office, 2 days from home
