Head Of Organisational Culture – Life Sciences / Research sector – £525 p/d -12 month contract

Overview:
This role will entail leading and translating organisational strategy within a Global Organisation by shaping the culture strategy and overseeing its programmes, initiatives and implementation.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead on shaping the organisational culture programme, workstreams and implementation.
• Oversees alignment, engagement and embedding of organisational internal culture.
• Leads on thought leadership and influence with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure culture shift success.
• Lead co-development and implementation of a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure organisational culture goals are met.
• Lead decisions of the risk, mitigations and control environment for the whole area of organisational culture work and be accountable for the quality outputs.
• Exercise cost control and manage expenditure to work within an agreed operating budget.

Essential Requirements:
• Deep knowledge and significant experience in organisational Change Management and theory of change
• Significant experience of leadership and people management
• Significant skills and experience in strategy translation processes through to organisational implementation, engagement and alignment
• Significant experience of governance mechanisms and stakeholder management
• Demonstrable skills and experience in taking forward large-scale and complex ideas and initiatives to goal setting and consequently achieving organisational goals
• Demonstrable skills and experience in developing a hybrid approach in applying a range of project management methodologies
• Sound ability to interpret and communicate data analysis whilst understanding its influence in supporting strategic business area development
• A broad and sound understanding of applying research around organisational / internal culture and change and best practice
• An understanding of the use and application of a communication strategy related to the success in an area of work

Desirable skills and Experience
• Experience of working with global and urgent health challenges
• Strong competencies in management tools for finance management and business Intelligence
• Strategy and policy writing

Package Details:
• 12 month contract

  • £525 p/d

• Flexible working (2 days a week on site)
