HCL Domino Developer

Our longstanding client, a leading health care corporation, is hiring an HCL Domino Developer to join our team and contribute to developing, enhancing, and maintaining web-based applications using HCL Domino. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Classic Domino Web Development and modern technologies such as xPages, Java, and LotusScript. Our client is offering a day rate between £550 to £650 per day outside IR 35 on a 6 month rolling contract on a fully remote contract.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for designing software, writing efficient and maintainable code, and implementing modifications in line with existing application architecture. You will also be expected to write clear, concise documentation and code comments, and deliver solutions that are robust, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
 
Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Design and modify applications in HCL Domino using xPages, Java, and Lotus Script
  • Maintain and enhance existing Classic Domino web apps
  • Develop system integrations using SOAP, REST, SQL, and SFTP
  • Write clear, well-documented, maintainable code
  • Understand and clarify requirements to deliver accurate solutions
  • Provide realistic time estimates and flag potential delays early

 
Nice to Have:

  • Domino Administration experience
  • Experience with React, Vue.js, or TypeScript
