Digital Product Analyst
 
A highly reputable global corporation is currently recruiting a Digital Product Analyst who will be responsible for enriching the digital customer experience, identifying and driving improvements on our clients web and app products to deliver business value. To be successful, you will have a background in Digital Marketing or UX, experience in using CMS Solutions and strong knowledge of BDD user stories to enhance our clients digital platforms by implementing new features, supporting backlog prioritization, setter user stories and managing process changes. Our client offers an excellent benefits package with a salary of up to £50,000 + 20% bonus located in London (Bond Street) on a hybrid basis (1 day per week).
 
Role responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Owner, Scrum team (developers, QAs, conversational designers,
  • Scrum Master) to define and validate detailed requirements and process/experience
  • mapping for effective development solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the centres and customers, shaping how our clients digital platforms can
  • enhance the physical in-centre experience and improve customer engagement pre and
  • post visit.
  • Own the identification, planning, coordination, and conducting of business analysis
  • activities within a multi-disciplined team in all development cycle stages.
  • Ensure customer experience, technical and quality targets are met.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements, ensuring the customer’s needs are met by the
  • given solution.
  • Own the requirements gathering to ensure they meet customer needs while fitting
  • within the Digital landscape.

Core skill set:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in digital business analysis and requirement gathering for apps and
  • A background in UX or digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital product life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Domain experience of the fashion or property market would be ideal
  • Experience with user acceptance testing and training.
  • Strong knowledge of BDD user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience using CMS solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Package:
