Digital Analyst – Google Analytics – Circa £50,000 + Package or £300 PD

Overview:
A global brand are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on Google Analytics to continuously improve their products and services through insights from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. The role will involve leading the design and implementation of digital analytics, as well as helping to deliver insights from audience research.

Role & Responsibilities:

·Lead the design and implementation of digital analytics on the organisations website.
·Champion the use of Google Analytics through arranging or providing training and support for colleagues.
·Deliver and interpret insights from data from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
·Interpret data and run workshops to help product teams (UX, development and content) make informed decisions and assess the outcomes of their work and the performance of the product.
·Work with product teams on the day-to-day technical implementation of analytics for new projects and functionalities, ensuring that all specifications and directions are clear and can strategically assist decision-making.
·Manage relationships with external stakeholders and agencies supporting colleagues in deriving insights from digital data.
·Support digital teams in devising Objectives and Key Results to measure quarterly work and support communications teams in devising Key Performance Indicators for campaigns and content.

Essential Skills & Experience:
·Working in Comms analytics.
·Developing effective approaches to improving user experience through data analytics
·Analysing user types and user behaviours.
·Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics implementation & management.
·Using scripts, spreadsheets and formulas to manipulate data / statistics.
·Knowledge of on-site and off-site tracking and analytics (e.g. for social campaigns, link attribution).
·Experience of maintaining and creating reports with Super metrics for Google Sheet and visual reports via Tableau
·Experience with creating and maintaining automatic reports, comfortable with the concept of a marketing and communications funnel

·Up to £50,000 base salary perm or £300 per day (inside IR35)
