An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading provider of SaaS solutions used by over 5,000 retailers. Their product helps to manage their customer’s ecommerce and supply chain operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
My client is looking for an ambitious and talented Customer Service Consultant to join their team. You will be managing double-digit annual growth, tackling online ordering and subscription management challenges. You’ll take part in regular brainstorms as the company grows rapidly and gain direct experience of the rapid evolution of a fast growth company.
·Booking/ scheduling new appointments for eye test with opticians’ customers
·Delivering excellent customer service by telephone and email.
·Working with the team to run a busy subscription platform.
Skills and Experience:
·Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably gained at Contact/Call centre
·Good level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
·Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and detail orientated yet see the bigger.
Salary and Benefits:
·Salary – £21,000 – £23,000
