Customer Comms & CRM Marketing Executive – Outside IR 35
Our trusted partner, a leading customer experience consultancy is searching for CRM Marketing Executive who recent experience in delivering communication campaigns/strategies through email/direct marketing channels using CheetahMail, eCRM and HTML. It would be highly desirable if the chosen candidate has been exposed to Adobe Dreamwever/Photoshop and is able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders coupled with the ability to blend marketing / technical capabilities together.
Our customer is looking to pay £425 per day Outside IR 35 for an initial 3 month contract with one day per week on site in Surbiton to start immediately.
Core responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Communications & CRM Manager in creating, coordinating and developing customer communication campaigns, strategies ensuring maximum engagement and consistency.
- Bring ideas for content, targeting and testing that you’ll have the chance to try out, test and then report on.
- Plan and produce eCRM content including copywriting, image selection, editing and coding used to deliver engagement and bookings.
- Create pre and post departure email campaigns, including supporting during the ski season with operational disruption communication – keeping our customers informed and up to date throughout their journey
- Schedule and monitor the performance of regular email / direct customer communications, including performance tracking, testing and KPI reporting back to wider teams.
- Monitor trends within the travel industry, customer communications and email marketing and be a champion for best practice.
- Champion the brand across the business, delivering brand training internally / externally and bringing new creative ideas that work across other channels and monitoring competitor, email and social trends to be market-leading.
Core skill set:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing and communications with good creative and copywriting skills is a must have
- Experience working with Cheetahmail is a must have.
- Experience in eCRM working with HTML is a must have.
- Experience with Adobe Dreamweave and Photoshop is a nice to have.
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) is a nice to have.
- Experience worknig within the travel, marketing or consultancy industry nice to have.
