Change Analyst / Junior BA – 12 month FTC – £30K – Reigate
Overview;
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading insurance provider for a Change analyst / Junior BA on a 12 month FTC basis.
The role:
The purpose of the Change Analyst/Junior BA role is to support the delivery of initiatives detailed in the business plan (e.g. the introduction of new propositions or the onboarding of new Partners), whilst also managing the change backlog of incidents and requests.
Responsibilities
• Assessing the operational impact of new propositions, identifying risks and mitigation/controls, together with how current processes may need to be re-engineered
• Liaising with Value Streams and wider shared services e.g. Marketing, Compliance, sharing expert knowledge of current operational processes and ways of working
• Supporting VS delivery teams by attending/contributing to agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-up, refinement, sprint/incremental planning retrospectives and reviews)
• Acting as a proxy for the business in reviewing user stories & signing off subsequent delivery
• Managing the creation, amendment, review and approval of Customer facing letters/emails
• Documenting new or amended operational processes
• Leading operational readiness activities (e.g. UAT, user training, CRM configuration)
• Being the focal point for all items raised, requests made and investigations required
• Conducting analysis & documenting requirements, as user stories, when appropriate
• Supporting change’ through CRM and/or Omni-channel configuration, as appropriate
• Collating, managing and prioritising the content of the change’ backlog
• Working closely with the delivery teams, representing requirements, offering subject matter expertise and helping to test developed solutions
Requirements
• 2 years commercial Change Analyst experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of BA activities
