Overview
We are looking for a Business Change Manager to lead the adoption of improved Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Change Management processes within ServiceNow. This role is with a leading financial services company, offering the chance to influence enterprise-level transformation and embed best practices across complex environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CMDB and Change Management processes in ServiceNow.
- Deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt new processes effectively.
- Develop and manage change communications to promote engagement and clarity.
- Provide hands-on support to stakeholders, fostering ownership of data quality and compliance.
- Embed governance and accountability frameworks to maintain high standards of integrity and process adherence.
- Act as a trusted advisor for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in business change management within large, complex organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly CMDB and Change Management modules.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and governance frameworks.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training and change communications.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Rate & Duration
- £700 – £730 Per Day (PAYE including on costs)
- Hybrid (London)
- 4 Months (Extensions extremely likely)
