Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team working on the ingestion and integration of global market data
- Drive the development of scalable distributed systems that power real-time data accessibility
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for a new Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) initiative
- Collaborate with other engineering leaders to define and implement next-generation data pipelines
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe, and reliable software delivery
- Mentor engineers, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure timely project delivery
Tech Stack
- Languages: Golang, Python
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / Azure / GCP
- CI/CD: Modern continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Data: Real-time data streaming, distributed systems
- Tools: Git, modern monitoring and observability platforms
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a software engineering leader, with strong architectural and development skills
- Proficient in Golang
- Solid background in building and managing distributed systems
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
- Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering user value
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
- Experience with CI/CD processes and agile delivery
- Bonus: Financial domain experience or familiarity with trading platforms
