Lauren Garcka – Contracts and Office Manager

Lauren Garcka

Lauren began her career as a civil servant, where she spent 3 years as a Researcher for the UK Border Agency.

In 2010, Lauren took a role as a Contracts Administrator for a small IT recruitment company in the City, where she spent 5 years working her way up to Contracts & PMO Manager, managing a small team.  It was here she met Directors, Chris and Stuart.

Lauren left in 2015 to join Advantage xPO, a leading Global Provider for RPO and MSP solutions with offices across the UK.  She was responsible for managing the supply chain of agencies on the client’s PSL.

In October 2017, Lauren was approached by Stuart to manage the entire back office function of Intec, which included implementing new processes and procedures to assist the consultants in their roles.  The back office department has grown with the Company and Lauren now manages a small team of her own.

Lauren is currently working towards a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Human Resource Practice and hopes to utilise what she learns within Intec in the future.
