Jacob graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Sports Studies before starting his recruitment career in 2012. He has progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Associate Director, gaining extensive experience in Technology recruitment.
Jacob has built strong relationships with numerous clients and now specialises in Development, Change/Integration, Infrastructure, Testing, and Security, focusing on both contract and permanent roles.
He has been rewarded with the Consultant of the Year award for three consecutive years: 2021, 2022, and 2023.
