Ella studied Business Administration and Management in college before beginning her administrative career in the public sector. Seeking a change, Ella joined Insight in March 2022 as an Operations & Compliance Executive. In this role, she combines strategic operational duties with hands-on client service, focusing primarily on contractor queries, compliance requests, and the day-to-day running of the office.
Ella is also a key support to the busy recruitment team, providing assistance across all areas as needed, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
As we entered 2025, Ella took on additional responsibility of Talent Acquisition to assist with the business’ growth plans on top of her other duties.
