Charlotte Batters

Charlotte had a varied career history prior to joining Intec; working in both the fashion and insurance industries, before beginning her recruitment career in 2019. Having started at Intec as a Resourcer, Charlotte has a good knowledge of the Recruitment process which is evidenced in the candidates she placed during this time.

After a year as a Resourcer, Charlotte moved into a Sales Support Administrator role, where her tasks now vary from issuing contractor paperwork and obtaining contractor compliance to processing contractor payments and invoicing our Clients.

As a result of the company’s growth, Charlotte’s role has expanded further with the addition of Marketing responsibilities, giving her the most varied role at Intec.

Charlotte helped me last year to secure an interview at one of their London based Clients. She was extremely helpful and professional and despite the fact that the client was not successful in hiring me, I would 100% work with her again. She is an asset to any firm. – Candidate
