Alfie began his career as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, gaining valuable experience over the course of a year before transitioning into recruitment. He joined the Intec team in early 2024 as a Delivery Consultant, where he plays a key role in supporting consultants with resourcing candidates across the IT sector. Typical roles Alfie recruits for are Infrastructure, Development and Cybersecurity positions, mainly for MSP’s and Consultancies.
With a strong drive to progress, Alfie hopes to advance into a full Consultant role, continuing to develop his recruitment skills and making a meaningful impact within the company.
